Budget Amendment #25-90: To increase the budget for the Elections Building capital project for FY25.

Budget Amendment #25-91: To increase the FY25 budget for the Justice of the Peace Precinct 2, additional cost of annual copier maintenance in the Justice Court Technology Fund.

Budget Amendment #26-5: To establish a budget for the Elections Building capital project for FY26.

Budget Amendment #26-6: To transfer funds from Jail office supplies to controlled assets for four additional scanners and five additional printers.

Budget Amendment #26-7: To increase the FY26 budget for MIS for consulting, controlled assets, and capital outlay equipment for products and services not received by September 30, 2025.

Budget Amendment #26-8: To transfer funds from the Sheriff's Office General Fund office supplies to controlled assets for five additional printers.

Budget Amendment #26-9: To transfer funds from the Fire Department miscellaneous budget to capital outlay equipment for additional cost of six (6) portable radios with mics and batteries; and to also increase the Fire Department controlled asset budget for one (1) wireless base station and one (1) digital intercom with installation ordered on August 6, 2025, but not completed by September 30, 2025.

Budget Amendment #26-10: To certify revenue and establish the FY26 budget for the Department of Justice Police Cruiser Upgrade grant.

Budget Amendment #26-11: To establish a budget for the Road & Bridge building purchase/new construction for the Metal Storage Structures that were ordered on June 12, 2025, and not completed by September 30, 2025.

Budget Amendment #26-12: To transfer funds from the Volunteer Fire Department Allocation budget to New Berlin and Lake Dunlap Volunteer Fire Department as approved by Commissioners Court on October 28, 2025.

In accordance with the Guadalupe County Travel Policy, authorization for the County Clerk to travel out-of-state for the following educational training:

1. The International Association of Government Officials (iGO) Mid-Winter Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico, January 20-23, 2026; and
2. The Property Records Industry Association (PRIA) Winter Symposium in Virginia Beach, Virginia, February 24-26, 2026.

7. Announcement of Upcoming Guadalupe County Public Events.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, the Commissioners Court will convene in a closed session to discuss the following items, and any final action or vote will take place in public:
